Order Processing & Shipping Information

Order Processing:

All orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, although most are prepared and dispatched much sooner. Processing includes order verification, preparation, packaging, and fulfillment.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit times.

Shipping & Delivery:

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, shipping time begins. Delivery times vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and the carrier. Shipping times are separate from the 2–3 business day processing period.

Item Availability:

In the rare event that an item is temporarily out of stock at our boutique or warehouse, your order will be fulfilled and shipped as soon as the item is restocked. This may result in additional processing time.

Unexpected Delays:

While we make every effort to process and ship orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
